I am a good shopper – but more – I am a passionate spectator who loves to observe other people as they are purchasing, so I can understand the WHAT, WHY, HOW and WHERE they buy, in order to propose better experiences.
I am a Marketing & Advertising professional and Retail is my expertise. I have collaborated on several brand activation projects with globally known corporations such as Kimberly-Clark, Melhoramentos CMPC, Volkswagen and Pepsico; also collaborated with Brazilian market leaders such as Santher and Grupo Adria. For most of them, I built multi-faceted POS strategies and innovative in-store marketing projects. My cross-channel knowledge has been earned through a background of hands-on experience from local neighborhood stores to key account chains such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Carrefour, Cassino Group, etc.
I also created, coordinated and implemented customized Merchandising programs to enhance team performances during the purchase process.
Recently, I have been writing analysis about the European market trends and contributing with various industry publications, such as; Supermercado Moderno (Brazil) and Do It (Portugal).
